In-Store Shopping:
Masks must be worn at all times (covering the nose and mouth). Masks are mandatory for children over 2 years old.
Stores will only allow 2 customers in at a time.
Please maintain social distance (stay 6 feet apart) Find a spot on the floor.
Pets are welcome but must be on a short leash.
We kindly ask that you designate one person per group to enter the store.
If you are not feeling well, please use our delivery service.
Curbside Pickup:
Please wear a mask when picking up your order.
You will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and a second email notifying you that your order is "Ready for Pickup". Estimated packing time is one hour.
Orders placed within one hour of order closing may not be completed until the next day. If you need us to be flexible, please contact us and we may be able to accommodate your needs.
Please come pick up your order as soon as you receive the "Ready for Pickup" email. Please use the intercom upon arrival and have your order number ready.
Same-Day Delivery:
We offer same-day delivery to Brooklyn, Manhattan (Monday-Friday), and Queens.
Choose local delivery at checkout.
Packages ordered before 3pm will be delivered the same day.
Our delivery hours are between 4pm and 7pm.
You can order at any time, but orders will only be shipped during business hours.
Orders placed after 3pm may not be ready until the next day.
Please be sure to provide an available phone number so our delivery team can contact you upon arrival.
Shipping:
We offer shipping to all 50 states via UPS and USPS.
Choose your preferred one based on price and delivery time at checkout.
For the most reliable service, choose UPS.
Packages are typically shipped within 24 hours. Please note that orders placed after 5pm on Friday will not be shipped until Monday.
Once we pack your order, you will receive a tracking number.
In-Store/Pickup Return Policy:
We accept returns of non-perishable items within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.
We accept returns of dry foods, canned foods, and packaged snacks within 24 hours with the original receipt. For safety reasons, we do not accept returns of raw foods, frozen foods, and baked goods.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
We do not accept returns on any opened/used products.
