• Do you deliver?

Yes! We deliver same day to Brooklyn and Queens. We ship nationwide via USPS and UPS.

• Can I get same day delivery to Manhattan?

Yes! We now deliver to Manhattan Monday through Friday. Order by 3pm for same day delivery.

• Where are you located?

Our address is 9717 Roosevelt Blvd, Philadelphia, PA 19114, United States.

• Can my dog come into the store?

Yes! The best part about being in a pet store is meeting all the puppies and cats in the neighborhood. Due to COVID19, we kindly ask that you keep all pets on a short leash.

• I want to try a new food, but I'm worried my dog won't eat it

Most of the brands we work with offer a "Customer Satisfaction Guarantee". If your dog is not happy with the new food you've chosen, please email Support@AudreyBrooks.shop and include the brand, type, and size of the product you purchased. Please include a picture of your receipt or order number. If you think your dog is unhappy with the reason (if any) and a contact number/email where you can be reached. We will contact the food company on your behalf and they will most likely contact you directly to refund or replace your purchase.

• Can you ship frozen foods and treats?

We do not recommend ordering frozen foods, especially since shipping times have been slow due to COVID 19.

• I want a birthday cake, do I need to order it in advance?

No, we will do our best to have plenty of birthday treats in stock. If you have a request for a specific design, please visit our website for the latest cake availability.

• Can you customize your cake?

We do not currently offer custom cakes. However, our three-tier cakes come with an icing tube that you can use to write your dog's name or anything else you would like on the cake. We also have cake topper numbers that can be added to the cake.

• Can you ship cakes and baked cookies?

Yes, all of our cakes and cookies are designed to be easy to ship.

• How long do your baked goods last?

All of our cookies and three-tier cakes have a long shelf life and do not require refrigeration. Our refrigerated cakes and cupcakes will keep for 3 months refrigerated and 1 week unrefrigerated.

• Are baked goods safe for my dog to eat?

Absolutely! We pride ourselves on selling only the best pet products and would never bring anything into our store that we wouldn't take home for our own pets. Not only are our baked goods safe, they are also free of wheat, corn, and soy...we can't say you can eat them yourself, but we can tell you that some of us can.

•What payment methods do you accept?

We only accept cash in store. Visa Mastercard and Amex cards are accepted in-store and online
