Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for non-perishable, unopened, unused items within 14 days of purchase.

Please contact us at +1 215-671-9601 or email Support@AudreyBrooks.shop so we can start the return process.

We are not responsible for shipping costs. Original shipping/delivery charges will not be refunded.

If there is a problem with the package you received, please contact us at Support@AudreyBrooks.shop within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include the order number.

Baked Goods

Soft frosted cakes are available for pick-up or local delivery in select NYC zip codes only.

Hard frosted cakes can be shipped via UPS/USPS

It is the owner's responsibility to feed the appropriate amount of food for the pet's weight. For cakes, we recommend 3 ounces of cake slices per 15 pounds. Leftover cake will keep in the refrigerator for 5 days or in the freezer for 3 months.

Please be aware of your pet's allergies or sensitivities, which may vary from pet to pet. All ingredients are listed in the cake's description and label. Do not feed this cake to your dog if he or she is allergic to any of the listed ingredients.

Available for pick-up and in-store orders. Please transport baked goods with care. Keep the surface flat and never tilt or invert.

We are not responsible for any damage to the frosting and decorations that may occur after the cake leaves our store.
